What Leida is accused of
Prosecutors in Wisconsin say Leida committed the crimes from November 2023 to March 2024.
The charges break down like this:
7 counts of bail jumping
6 counts of felony wire fraud
10 counts of forgery
1 count of theft between $10,000 and $100,000 from a business
Prosecutors claim the alleged fraud involved business transactions and falsified documents. If convicted, Leida could be facing years behind bars.
She has not been arrested yet, but the court has scheduled a hearing for February 18.

Wisconsin previously charged her with identity theft in September 2025. Prosecutors later dismissed those charges. She was also arrested for bail jumping in July 2025 and ordered to surrender her passport.
In January last year, she faced charges for animal mistreatment, domestic abuse, and bail jumping.

Fans recall Leida from Season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé. Her rocky relationship with husband Eric Rosenbrook surprised many viewers.

The couple later separated. Leida even filed legal paperwork to end the marriage, then abruptly asked the court to dismiss it.
In July 2025, Eric was arrested after allegedly slapping Leida while intoxicated. He confirmed at the time that they were no longer together.
