In a new Instagram video, the Sister Wives star took a quiet moment to reflect. She admitted she still feels guilty when she isn’t “productive.””
“Hey guys, happy Tuesday,” Janelle Brown began. “I have been contemplating today about taking rest, right? And it’s hard because it’s a Tuesday. And part of me is like, oh my gosh, it’s a weekday.”
The 55-year-old shared she has been “pushing really hard” for ten days after starting her coaching business. The excitement is “exhilarating,” but it has also made her feel drained.
“There’s no three-alarm fires,” she said. “I really need some rest today. And I’m feeling all kinds of guilty because I was raised with a very strong work ethic.”
