Jessa Duggar has once again melted hearts online. The Counting On alum posted a sweet video of her daughters. They were having fun at an outdoor tea party, one of their favorite activities.
“One of my girls’ favorite things to do right now is little tea parties,” Jessa said with a smile. “They have their little ceramic tea set.”
Jessa explained that the tea parties used to take place indoors, but things got messy fast. “I found that oftentimes it gets a little messy. So I’ve encouraged them, take your tea party outside,” she shared.
And that simple decision turned into something special. “The weather’s so nice today, and they love to do that. They love to sit outside and take in the good weather,” Jessa added.
Counting On: Simple Snacks, Sweet Moments
Jessa showed off her mini setup. It had tiny ceramic cups, fresh veggies, and what she called “the perfect addition”, miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips.
“These little miniature dark chocolate chips are so cute, and my girls think they are the perfect addition to a tea party,” she said, laughing.
Jessa kept it real about her parenting style. “I feel like I’m never the most perfectly coordinated tea party mom, but we literally just look around and use whatever we have on hand,” she admitted. “Usually we have a few fun sweets, but also mix in the healthy. They love it. It’s the thought that counts.”
She joked about their setup. She said their picnic table “has nail polish on it because this is where they paint their nails too.”
