Veronica Rodriguez from 90 Day Fiancé and her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfer, were arrested in North Carolina on Monday, Dec. 15, as shown in jail records. The arrests happened a day after Rodriguez shared a social media post. She called it “the best year yet.”
The timing raised eyebrows. Big ones.
Both Arrested After Alleged Domestic Dispute
Veronica Rodriguez, 40, was booked on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. This happened just before 3 p.m. on Monday. Less than an hour later, police arrested her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfer, on a charge of assault on a female.
Court records allege that Rodriguez used “physical force” and “struck him in the face.” Documents say Daryoushfer grabbed Rodriguez, causing scratches on her wrists and thighs.
Both parties accused each other.
This was not a quiet disagreement.

Bond, Bail, and a Court Date
Rodriguez posted a $500 bond and was released later that afternoon. Daryoushfer’s bond came in much higher at $2,500.
Court orders reportedly instruct both not to “assault, threaten, or harass” one another.
The couple is scheduled to appear in court on March 3, 2026.
Not exactly wedding planning energy.
The Post That Didn’t Age Well
Just one day before the arrests, Rodriguez shared a glowing year-end recap video. She called 2025 “the best year yet.” She also highlighted her bond with Daryoushfer.
The video included clips from trips, date nights, and sweet moments together. Rodriguez revealed the pair met on Bumble and ended the post with optimism.
“Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us 🥰,” she wrote.
That caption now hits very differently.
From Bumble to Venice to Jail Records
Daryoushfer proposed to Rodriguez in Venice in September during a European getaway. In a joint Instagram announcement, Rodriguez wrote:
“From the very beginning, being with each other has felt like home.”
She added, “Through every laugh, challenge, and adventure, our bond has only deepened.”
Fans watched. Believed. Rooted.
Now, many are stunned.
A Troubled Pattern Fans Recognize
Rodriguez first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and later on The Single Life. Her on-screen relationships never stuck.
This romance seemed different. It was off-camera. Private. Normal.
Until it wasn’t.
Reality TV viewers know this franchise rarely delivers fairy tales. Still, this turn feels abrupt and unsettling.
What Happens Next
Neither Rodriguez nor Daryoushfer has publicly commented on the arrests as of now. Their social media pages remain active but quiet.
Whether this relationship survives the charges remains unclear.
What’s clear is this: a love story once seen as stable and healing now faces serious allegations and legal issues.
