Sister Wives star Meri Brown is reopening one of the darkest chapters of her life.
And this time, Robyn Brown is right at the center of it.
In Part 4 of the Season 20 One on One special, aired on February 1, Meri accused Robyn of breaking her trust. She claimed Robyn made the catfish scandal even worse.
Short sentences.
Big accusations.
Old wounds reopened.
Sister Wives: “There Was a Lack of Trust”
Meri told host Sukanya Krishnan that her strong friendship faded over time.
“She and I had a good relationship. Everybody saw it,” Meri said.
“But over the years, it disintegrated. There was a lack of trust.”
Meri claimed she confided in Robyn privately.
She expected those conversations to stay private.
They did not.
“Other people would find out,” Meri said bluntly.
Sister Wives: The Catfish That Changed Everything
The betrayal became impossible to ignore during Meri’s 2015 catfishing scandal.
At the time, Meri was lonely and craving attention.
Instead, she became entangled with an online stranger who later turned out to be a woman named Jackie.
That situation exploded.
And Meri says Robyn played a role.
“There were times I’d talk to Robyn,” Meri revealed, “and the catfisher would find out.”
Meri said that Robyn told a mutual friend about the catfisher. This friend was supposedly in touch with the catfisher.
“I don’t believe she did it to hurt me,” Meri said.
“But she kept making it worse.”
Sister Wives: “Just Stop Talking”
Meri said she begged Robyn to stop sharing information.
“I even kept saying, ‘Don’t talk. Don’t talk,’” she recalled.
“But she kept saying she was trying to help.”
Meri disagreed.
“You’re not helping,” she said.
“Just stop talking.”
The damage, however, was already done.
Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Fires Back
Robyn did not stay quiet.
She insisted she was the only sister wife truly looking out for Meri.
“All I knew was she was flirting online,” Robyn said.
“And I was worried about her.”
Robyn claimed she repeatedly pushed Kody Brown to focus on Meri.
“She is struggling. Get your butt over there,” Robyn recalled telling him.
Robyn said she confronted Meri directly about the messages.
She also defended her intentions.
“I had her back,” Robyn insisted.
“If she wants to say I did something wrong, that’s fine. I know what my intentions were.”

Years later, the damage remains.
Meri made it clear she no longer trusts Robyn.
