90 Day Fiancé Jenny Slatten Answers Criticism of Her Fundraiser

Jenny Slatten has a short reply for people upset about her fundraiser. The 90 Day Fiancé star posted on Facebook on October 16 in response to criticism of the GoFundMe that helps pay for her ALS care. “For all those people who are mad about the GoFundMe for my ALS, you can have the money if I can have your health,” she wrote, as Complex reported.

Why the Fundraiser Exists

TV Shows Room notes that Jenny and her husband, Sumit Singh, live in India with no medical insurance, so the couple relies on the GoFundMe and fan benefits. The couple has explained their reasons before. Jenny does not want to become a burden to her three daughters in the United States. Sumit has said returning to the U.S. is not an easy option.

Jenny was diagnosed with ALS in December 2025 and shared the news publicly in May. A recent update on the GoFundMe page, written by a friend, says she is getting weaker by the day and hardly speaks. It says she takes two ALS medications along with several supplements, and that the treatment leaves her tired. The update also says Sumit speaks for her more and more and is her main caregiver.

Support From the 90 Day Community

Others from the franchise have stepped in. Sarper Güven organized comedy benefit shows called Stand Up for Jenny. The first show sold out, and a second was added.

Jenny’s post is her own. The people who criticized the GoFundMe have not been named, and their exact complaints are not detailed in the reports.
