Leida Margaretha has reached an agreement on sentencing in two Wisconsin criminal cases. The former 90 Day Fiancé star is due back in court on December 2 for a plea and sentencing hearing. The terms of the agreement have not been made public.
90 Day Fiancé: What the Court Records Show
Margaretha appeared by video at an October 5 hearing in Adams County with attorneys A. Steven Porter and Peter Bear. The court minutes say “Defendant agreed on sentence with argument on passport access.” Judge Tania Bonnett set the plea and sentencing hearing for December 2 at 3:30 p.m. The records do not give the proposed sentence. They also do not confirm that Margaretha has formally entered a new plea. She had earlier pleaded not guilty.
90 Day Fiancé: The Two Cases
The first case, filed in January 2025, involves charges of mistreating animals as a party to a crime, disorderly conduct involving a dangerous weapon with a domestic abuse designation, and felony bail jumping. A second case, filed in July 2025, added another felony bail jumping charge. These are charges. No conviction has been entered in either case.
Her passport remains in dispute. After her July 2025 arrest, a judge ordered her to surrender it and stay in Wisconsin. The October hearing shows that access to the passport is still being argued.
90 Day Fiancé: Matters That Remain Open
The agreement does not settle her other legal issues. She faces 24 felony counts in a separate Juneau County case that includes allegations of wire fraud, forgery, theft, and bail jumping. She has denied wrongdoing in that case.
Separately, a county health and human services assessment classified the July 2025 death of her infant daughter as non-accidental. The assessment found enough evidence to substantiate physical abuse of the infant by the mother. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the child’s death. Margaretha’s attorney has said she denies all allegations and would never have harmed her child. Her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, has disputed the findings. He did this by hiring a private medical examiner. The December 2 hearing covers only the two cases described above.
