Deem started with a clear answer. “Am I watching that? No,” she said. “What I can tell you what I am ‘watching’ and what I do know from being my age is watching a lot of horse races.”
She explained that her father owned racehorses. Then she got to her point. “The first horse out of the gate ain’t always the winner, but the last one comes in first.”
She asked, “Do you get my drift?” Then she repeated her answer. “No, I don’t watch nothing that you’re asking me. Why would I?”
90 Day Fiance: The Horse That Is “Way Behind”
Deem turned the story toward herself.
“Keep watching me because I’m that horse that’s way behind,” she said. “I don’t jump out the first when the gate opens. I come as it comes to the finish line.”
The meaning is open to reading. Michael got back on a 90 Day show before she did. Deem seems to say that does not worry her. She may be signaling that she expects her own return to come later and be bigger.
She has not announced any plans, and she has not appeared on the franchise in about two years. She has also given mixed signals about whether she would come back to reality TV at all.

He left Deem’s Georgia home and later settled in Houston. By the time filming began in Puerto Rico, the divorce was final. “As of a couple of weeks ago, I’m officially divorced,” Michael said. “I think I’m ready to mingle now.”
He arrived with a secret crush on Brittany Banks. “Brittany and I, we are friends already, but I don’t think she knows I have a crush on her,” he said. Brittany answered with a laugh. “The messy part of me is like, ‘He’s looking good.’”
