Nigel does not apologize in this week’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Andi tells him she feels like one of many in his life. He answers by calling himself a “poly person” and asking who she has been texting.
That is the biggest moment of Season 8, Episode 5, titled “Liar, Liar, Relationship on Fire.” Michelle, Niles, Zuri, Ally and Vittorio all have big scenes too.
90 Day Fiancé: Nigel and Andi: “Mini Relationships”
Andi has been in Australia for only a few days. She has met Azrael, Nigel’s fire-spinning part-time lover. She has been to cockroach races in a pub. She has also gone to a sound bath with another woman Nigel sees.
It is a lot for one week. Andi tells Nigel it makes her feel like she is not what he wants. She calls these connections “mini relationships.”
Nigel does not back down. He says this is what they agreed on and confirms he identifies as a “poly person.” Then he turns the question around and asks Andi about her own texts.
The twist is the first sign that Andi may not be the only one with things to hide. We covered Nigel and Azrael’s festival posts in our earlier story. Andi’s side of the text mystery is still unexplained.
90 Day Fiancé: Michelle Sends Spies to Check on Felix
Michelle is packing to move to Ghana to be with Felix. She is giving many of her things to her pregnant daughter. Her mom and daughter come to help, but they are worried. They know about her big argument with Felix and his father’s interference. They tell her to take the red flags seriously.
Michelle has already asked friends in Ghana to watch Felix. Their reports bother her. They see strange cars and women going in and out of his place. One source calls to say a white car is outside.
Michelle confronts Felix. He lies at first, then says a friend is there. She hangs up, furious. Her mom and sister keep begging her to reconsider.
90 Day Fiancé: Niles Wants to Stay in Ghana
Niles Valentine meets Matilda’s family, with Mr. Arc speaking for him. The family wants to know why Niles has not taken Matilda to the United States. Mr. Arc blames government red tape, and the room calms down. The family does not ask for the Schnapps back or push for an annulment.
Niles is still nervous. He wants to tell The Arcs that he would like to stay in Ghana. They are not sure he can live there and tell him to talk to Matilda first. Then they give him a task: kill a wild turkey and cook it for her.
90 Day Fiancé: Zuri Meets Ben’s Sister
Zuri Soto is back in France, and Ben Brachet is happy to have her home. His sister is not. At a dinner meant to help them bond, Zuri struggles with the menu, mixes up her knife etiquette and tries a few French words. Ben’s sister is not impressed. She reminds Zuri that she left Ben the first time. The two promise to try again.
90 Day Fiancé: Ally and Jonathan, Vittorio and Jessy
Ally and Jonathan Pearce nearly break up in Singapore after her friend questions Jonathan about job applications. They decide to stay together. Big hurdles remain, including telling Ally’s parents she is pregnant and that they are not married.
Vittorio Palchetti and Jessy Peralta slept in separate beds after a bad day on the tennis courts. He writes her an apology on a napkin and brings breakfast. Jessy says she will not be spoken to the way he spoke the night before. Vittorio promises to do better, and they hug.
