“Probably TMI but I’m fascinated with this stuff,” he wrote as he filmed himself stepping onto the scale.
He started DWTS at 175–178 lbs, then the insane rehearsals hit him hard.
“By week 3, I went down to 170,” he said. “They had to take in my waist on my pants… a lot of cardio and wasn’t eating enough.”
But by the finale? Everything flipped.
“By the end of the show, my pant size was back to normal and I felt stronger,” he explained. “I gained about 15–20 lbs. during the season. Biggest thing I changed was eating more protein … protein shake every night and just more meat.”
His final weigh-in? 189 lbs, and feeling better than ever.

From No Dance Experience to DWTS Finalist
Dylan entered the competition with no professional dance experience, which makes the transformation even more surprising. Paired with superstar pro Daniella Karagach, he soared to the Season 34 finale and finished fourth.
