Jana Duggar is officially back in renovation mode.
Just weeks after having her first baby, the former reality star is still going strong.
The 36-year-old posted a January recap on Instagram. She shared updates about her Nebraska home with husband Stephen Wissmann.
The couple welcomed their son, Archie, in late December. And yet, the tools are already back out.
Stephen Builds Fireplace as Jana Documents Every Step
One clip showed Stephen drilling into a bare wall as he worked on a brand-new gas fireplace.
Jana wrote simply, “Stephen building out our fireplace.”
Another photo revealed the nearly finished result. A sleek fireplace now anchors the living room.
The couple hung a framed beach portrait of themselves above it. This added a personal touch to the space.
It is cozy. It is intentional. And it is very Jana.
Baby Archie’s First Hardware Store Run
Jana also shared smaller moments from their new life as parents.
That included Archie’s first trip to Lowe’s.
The new mom filmed herself strolling through the plant section with her baby in tow.
Renovation clearly did not pause for motherhood. It just expanded.
Nursery Remodel Is Already Underway
In a separate December recap, Jana revealed even more progress.
She shared a glimpse of Stephen working inside a freshly painted green room.
The caption confirmed it was “the baby’s room remodel.”
The finished nursery has not been revealed yet. But fans know Jana loves a before-and-after moment.
It is coming.
From Arkansas to Nebraska and a Full Reset
Jana moved to Nebraska after marrying Stephen in August 2024.
She told PEOPLE that the couple bought a small house. They plan to renovate it together.
“He has a little house we bought that we’ve been fixing up,” she said at the time.
That project has now turned into a full family home.
Life Changed After Baby Archie’s Arrival
The couple announced Archie’s birth in January.
“Archie Gerald Wissmann arrived on December 30, 2025,” they wrote.
“Our hearts have been completely changed.”
