Reality TV’s favorite couple, Giannina Gibelli from Love Is Blind and Blake Horstmann from The Bachelorette, are planning their big day. They’re making it look easy.
At the Love Is Blind season 9 reunion, Giannina said their wedding plans are “magical” and “falling perfectly into place.””
“I’m not stressed out,” she told ET. “Everything’s just really falling into place. It’s very different than my first experience.”
Blake laughed, quickly jumping in with, “I always forget, she already has experience in this!”
Giannina joked back, “Instead of me being up at the altar scared for my life and wondering, ‘Why is my groom crying so hard?’ this time it’s a celebration.”
The couple announced their summer 2026 wedding. They also shared that their one-year-old son, Heath, will have a special role. “He’ll be literally there every step of the way,” Giannina said proudly. “He’ll be the ring bearer coming down the aisle.”
Blake added, “We’ll match! Me and him, it’s going to be amazing. I can’t wait to see the pictures.”

The pair revealed they’ve taken their time to plan every detail. “We gave ourselves a year and a half,” Blake said. “We’re ahead of the curve, we’re in a good spot right now.”
Giannina added with a grin, “It’s going to be everything we’ve ever wanted. My dream wedding, and he’s saying yes to all of it.”
Fans online praised the couple for their real connection. They called them “refreshing” and “genuine.”” Many said they’ve become the anti-Love Is Blind success story, proof that love can last beyond the cameras.
Throwing Shade at Love Is Blind Season 9
When the topic turned to the current Love Is Blind season, Giannina didn’t hold back.
“This season was full of ghosting,” she said. “People ended up choosing their number twos instead of their number ones.”
Blake nodded, adding, “When she said that, it clicked for me. There were multiple people who left who were others’ number one. That does make a big difference.”
Giannina, who famously didn’t marry her fiancé from Love Is Blind season 1, smirked and said, “It works when you get your number one.”
