During a recent Patreon video with husband Tony Padron, Mykelti did not hold back.
“Yeah, I didn’t get a call, didn’t get a text, didn’t get an email,” she said.
Then she added, “Tony didn’t get anything either.”
The message was clear.
Kody crossed the country to apologize to his ex-wife. However, he overlooked his own children, who live close by.

‘We Would’ve Made the Effort’
Mykelti explained that she absolutely would have seen her father if he had reached out.
That matters.
She is a mom.
And the drive would have taken more than three hours.
“If he was at Maddie’s house, we would’ve made the effort,” Mykelti said.
Tony even chimed in, pointing out that Kody could have stayed with them.
“Yeah, we have a room,” Mykelti confirmed.
The offer was there.
The invitation never came.
Did Mykelti Find Out Through Maddie?
Kody’s trip to North Carolina was not a secret.
Viewers saw Janelle discuss it on the show.
Maddie was part of those conversations.
Just not with Kody.
It remains unclear when Mykelti learned her father was in the state.
