The Real Housewives of New Jersey may be heading into its most uncertain era yet.
According to Melissa Gorga, Bravo is struggling behind the scenes.
Casting is unsettled.
The show is still on hiatus.
And even her fragile peace with Teresa Giudice is under pressure.
RHONJ: “This Can’t Be Fake” Melissa Shuts Down Rumors
Melissa tackled rumors that her reconciliation with Teresa was fake and meant to save the show.
She shut that down fast.
“If we all still didn’t get along the way that we didn’t, it would not be worth it to fake it for this show,” Melissa said.
“So everyone can believe that this is real, because we would literally just pass on the show.”
She made it clear that pretending peace for cameras is not an option.
She added that if this reconciliation fails, there are no more chances left.
“I think it needs to last,” Melissa said.
“And if it doesn’t, shame on all of us.”
RHONJ: Why Melissa Gorga Says Bravo Is Struggling
Melissa then dropped a bigger bomb.
She explained why she believes Bravo is stuck when it comes to the future of RHONJ.
“At this point, I don’t know who would be my perfect cast,” she admitted.
“Because we’re too divided.”
She said that division is the real problem.
“And this is why I think Bravo is struggling,” she added.
“If you ask me that question, I can barely answer it.”
Melissa confirmed producers are actively searching for new women to join the cast.
But she stopped short of confirming her own return.
“I know they’re actively searching for new girls,” she said.
“But I don’t have the confidence to say I’ll be back.”
RHONJ: Is Melissa Done With RHONJ If Not Asked Back
Despite everything, Melissa said she would return if asked.
She also admitted she is emotionally prepared if Bravo moves on without her.
“There’s a secret piece of me that’s like the show’s not going to go on forever,” she said.
“Would I be disappointed? Yes.
Would I be devastated? No.”
After years on the show, she seems ready for any outcome.

RHONJ: Surprise Run In With Caroline Manzo
Melissa also revealed a moment fans did not see coming.
She recently ran into Caroline Manzo.
“I just saw Caroline and Lauren in a local restaurant in Jersey,” she said.
The encounter caught her off guard.
“It was like, wow. Blast from the past,” Melissa said.
She added that the situation was awkward but warm, noting she always loved the Manzo family.
