Kody Brown and his wife, Robyn Brown, have moved into their new home. However, the internet is skeptical about their “new beginnings” story.
In a recent Instagram video, the Sister Wives stars toured their large property. They showed off every corner of the house and shared their excitement for what’s coming next.
“There. There, it’s open now. Leave it. Leave it,” Kody said as they entered the home, kicking off what seemed to be a moment of relief and triumph for the couple.
Robyn looked emotional as she shared, “This property has plenty of spaces. They’re perfect for long-term use, especially for all the grandkids and kids. They can come back, hang out, and make amazing memories together.”
She noted there’s “a second garage for Kody and his projects.” She called it a blessing after months of praying for the chance to buy the house.
But fans didn’t share the joy.

The backlash came quickly. One viewer wrote, “Respectfully, there’s no long term in that house. This man uproots his family every few years because he’s emotionally unstable.”
Another added, “When you search up the word delusional… Kody and Robyn’s names are the first thing you see.”
Some fans criticized the couple’s spending. They accused them of selling parts of Coyote Pass to finance their nearly $2 million home. One wrote, “I like how they had no urgency to sell Coyote Pass until it suited them because they needed the money for this house.”
Some people laughed at Robyn’s idea of “family gatherings.” They said the couple’s strained ties with their adult kids make those dreams unlikely. “None of the other kids speak to him, not even Mykelti, so what grandkids are they talking about?” one user commented.

Kody proudly highlighted the house’s upgrades: “Besides just the extra garage and storage space, the house has about 40% more square footage, plus a bedroom and a bathroom,” he said.
He pointed out a bigger kitchen, a formal dining room, and two living spaces. “There’s some opulence. There’s some beauty here, there’s some magnificence that is really, really special,” he added.
Robyn smiled as she said, “We’ll be leaving a lot of pain and hard memories behind. The space itself is going to be really conducive to some of the things that we want to do with our future.”
The couple prayed together. Robyn, in tears, said, “Some things only God can do.” Kody added, “He wanted to prove it to us by making it, creating a little havoc and then a little miracle.”
But in typical Kody fashion, he couldn’t resist one last word on the dining room layout. “Whatever happens right here, there’s going to be a table,” he insisted, while Robyn tried to reason that it would “block the walkway to the stairs.”
The scene perfectly summed up their dynamic: Kody determined, Robyn gently exasperated.
