On her Brandi Unfiltered podcast, Glanville shared a frustrating health update.
“I thought I was fixed and then it happened again.”
She added:
“Now it’s sinking in again.”
The reality star admitted she still doesn’t know exactly what’s causing the issue.
“If I had answers, I would tell you.”
RHOBH: “I’ve Been To A Million Doctors”
Brandi has spent years searching for an explanation. According to her, the process has been exhausting.
“I’ve been to a million doctors.”
She said she has seen many dermatologists and specialists. Still, she hasn’t found a clear answer. One of her biggest frustrations is not knowing which type of doctor she should even be seeing.
“Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? Because I can’t find one.”
Brandi still believes a parasite links to the facial symptoms she’s shared publicly for years. However, she says she is still trying to get definitive answers.
RHOBH: What Has Helped So Far
Brandi says she doesn’t fully understand her diagnosis, but she shared that some things help her feel better for a while.
“The only thing that really seems to help is being out in the sun and the parasite medication and the parasite diet.”
She did not provide additional details about the treatments. Instead, she emphasized that she is still trying to understand what’s happening.
“We don’t know what’s going on, but I’m here to get to the bottom of it.”
RHOBH: Brandi Glanville Found Two Women With Similar Symptoms
One development has given Brandi a sense that she may not be alone. She recently met two women. They reached out after hearing her talk about her health struggles. According to Brandi, all three women have experienced similar symptoms.
They also noticed some surprising similarities in their medical histories.
“All three of us had a lot of dental work.”
She added:
“We all had black mold poisoning in the past.”
The women are in touch and sharing their experiences as they look for answers.
RHOBH: A Long And Expensive Medical Journey
Brandi has spoken openly about the financial toll of her health battle. Last year, she shared that she spent over $70,000 to fix what she thought was a parasite problem. Later, she shared that the total cost had climbed even higher.
In early 2026, Brandi revealed that doctors discovered another serious problem. An 18-year-old silicone breast implant had ruptured. Brandi said it took 21 doctors and about $200,000 in medical bills to find the issue.
“I was shocked.”
She said previous mammograms had not detected the rupture.
RHOBH: Another Legal Battle From Her Past
In the same podcast episode, Brandi talked about another challenge with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian. She recalled hiring a lawyer after a dispute involving her 401(k).
“I had to hire a lawyer to get my own 401k back from my ex.”
According to Brandi, the process dragged on for about a year and cost her more than $10,000 in legal fees.
“Ten thousand dollars later, I got my 401k.”
She hinted that another dispute may be developing but did not provide details.
