“I think that when we as believers hold to life at conception as important, we value that human life, no matter how long we get to hold it,” Jinger said softly. “My understanding of life has grown through that loss.”
She said that dealing with grief in a world that often overlooks miscarriage felt really lonely. “The culture around us says, ‘Why are you mourning? This wasn’t that big of a deal,’” she explained. “But it was. It is.”
Jinger said she keeps sharing her story to help others. She wants grieving parents to know their loss matters. “We need more people who speak up for life,” she said.
