Meri Brown is done staying quiet.
The Sister Wives star went on Instagram to support Janelle Brown. This came after fans attacked her following the Season 20 Tell-All.
And she did not sugarcoat it.
“It’s happening to Janelle and it’s absolutely ridiculous,” Meri said in a video. “I don’t understand why people just have to go crazy about somebody.”
Then she asked the question that says it all.

In the four-part special, Janelle shared her view on the rumored deal with Kody Brown.

Meri says that reaction misses the bigger picture.
“People are seeing little snippets, little bits, edited comments,” she explained. “And y’all are filling in the blanks. And you’re filling them in so wrong.”

“We are human. We still have feelings,” she said.
She admitted she does not know exactly how Janelle feels right now. But she knows what it is like to be targeted.

That experience now fuels her defense of Janelle.

Meri shut down any attempt to turn this into a loyalty debate.
“Whatever Kody said. Whatever Janelle said. Whatever I believe or don’t believe out of either of them is irrelevant to this conversation,” she said.
“It doesn’t matter.”
What matters, according to Meri, is basic decency.
“People don’t need to hate on other people.”
