Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, is active online. If anything, she is leaning into the attention.
A few days after her arrest, Giudice appeared on Instagram. She sported a bold new hair color and shared a caption that speaks volumes without saying much.
The Caption Everyone Is Talking About
Giudice dyed her hair bright red and shared the photos. Her caption was simple: “Redemption season.”
That caption lands differently given everything going on around her right now. It reads less like a beauty post and more like a statement.
Giudice shared several poolside photos in a black bikini. She looks completely unbothered. There is no mention of the arrest in the caption, just the same “Redemption Season” message.
It is a bold move. Giudice isn’t staying quiet during this legal situation. Instead, she’s speaking out. This matches how she’s managed the entire story so far.
What Actually Happened During The Arrest
Montville Township police arrested Giudice on May 14 at about 6:12 p.m. This followed a domestic incident. She faces charges of simple assault and intentionally causing bodily injury.
A police report from Page Six said Giudice threw food and candles during the incident. The report described her as acting erratically. It noted that no weapons or injuries were confirmed.
The report named her older sister, Gabriella Giudice, as the person who called the police.
Sisters Still Filming Together Despite The Report
Even with that detail out in the open, Milania and Gabriella appear to be on good terms. Milania posted a TikTok video sitting right next to her sister while Gabriella coordinated shore plans on the phone.
In the clip, Milania could not stop complimenting her sister. “Oh, I love that! Oh, you’re so cute. Oh… You see my baby Porsche? My doll, baby baby baby,” she said.
She kept going, joking about her sister’s body compared to her own.
“She been working out. She looks good. She don’t work out, she’s so skinny. Well, she used to not work out. She’s skinny. If I don’t work out, I get fat. I eat a lot, though. I love food. Do you like food?” Luis Ruelas’ son, Louie Jr., also popped up in the video carrying laundry. Milania could not resist teasing him about it.
“She’s going to make me fold that [expletive],” she said. “That’s folded, not okay. Horribly. Do you want to see how I would fold it compared to that?” This casual family moment, just after a police report named her sister as the caller, shows how this family deals with conflict. They keep filming, and they keep it moving.

Milania Breaks Her Silence On The Mugshot
Before showing her hair and the pool photos, Milania talked about the arrest in a TikTok video. Her focus, though, was less on the charges and more on how she looked in her mugshot.
“I have one thing to say,” she said. “I’m gonna save the rest for tomorrow, but that mugshot of me, if you guys really believe, that’s AI.”
She insisted the widely circulated photo was not real.
“I ate down in my mugshot,” she said. “I look fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but, it is what it is. [Stuff] happens in life. You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it.”
That is a pretty striking way to respond to an arrest. Most people focus on the legal fallout. Milania focused on her appearance in the photo.
She Says People Don’t Know Her Full Story
Milania also opened up about her state of mind at the time of the incident.
“I’ve been through a lot,” she said, adding that “some other stuff” had happened to her that people do not know about.
“Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t,” she said. “But my mugshot, like, I can’t believe you guys even believe that’s real. Um, but that’s all I had to say for tonight.”
