Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley have agreed on a partial settlement in their divorce. PK will pay Dorit $65,000, and she now has until November 13 to move out of the family home.
The terms came from attorney Ronald Richards, who posted them on Instagram on November 3. Richards is a lawyer who has commented on the case publicly. Neither Dorit nor PK has confirmed the details, and the agreement is temporary.
RHOBH: The Money
The $65,000 has two parts. PK will pay four months of retroactive support at $15,000 per month, which is $60,000. He is adding $5,000 to help with Dorit’s move.
Richards wrote that the full amount is due on November 13, 2026. He said the $15,000 monthly figure covers both child support and spousal support.
RHOBH: The Move-Out Date
Dorit was supposed to leave the house by November 1. The agreement gives her nearly two more weeks and sets a new date of November 13.
Richards said PK owns the home and now plans to try to sell it. He said Dorit will be renting. He did not share her new address.
RHOBH: The Kids’ London Trip
The agreement also covers the couple’s two children. Dorit agreed to give consent so PK can get passports for the kids and take them to London for winter break.
Richards said PK wanted that concession and agreed to pay for it. The support number will not change, he said, even if PK ends up with 50-50 time with the kids.
This is a small but meaningful piece of cooperation. The two have been fighting in public over parenting and money, and here they traded one thing for another.
RHOBH: What Is Still Open
This is not a final settlement. Richards said Dorit and PK will meet again on November 24 to keep trying to settle.
The divorce still has unresolved issues. Earlier this week, PK made allegations about Dorit in court documents, and she disputed his account. We covered his witness list in an earlier story on the divorce.
Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024 after nine years of marriage. Dorit has talked about the problems in the marriage on RHOBH this season. Some of her co-stars warned her to protect herself.
For Dorit, the next two weeks are about logistics: where she will live and how she will handle the move. The agreement gives her a payment and a date. It does not yet give her a final answer.
