She said being fully present as a mother makes it harder to take calls or be there for friends like she used to. But she is willing to make that trade-off.
Katsanevas described how she and Elektra spent the entire summer together after news of her split from Shawn became public in July. Their days started at 4:30 a.m. for Elektra’s horseback riding lessons, followed by Pilates, swimming, and other activities, filling up the time right after RHOSLC wrapped filming. She called motherhood her most important role. She’s okay with friendships being less important if it helps her daughter feel safe and supported.
Katsanevas talked about the years of public scrutiny her marriage endured. She mentioned rumors about Shawn’s sexuality that came up during several seasons.
