Josh Atkinson believed he and Catie Norboe had finally overcome a major issue in their relationship. Instead, her birthday celebration turned into another public disaster.
In the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé, Catie tried to kiss several male friends. Her fiancé watched, clearly in disbelief. By the end of the night, Josh admitted he was questioning whether they should get married at all. At this stage, the problem no longer looks like a misunderstanding. Josh is beginning to wonder whether Catie is actually ready for marriage.
90 Day Fiancé: Ryan’s Arrival Brings Old Problems Back
The drama started when Ryan arrived at Catie’s birthday party. Ryan and Catie have kissed multiple times before. This has caused trust issues for Josh and his fiancée. Outside the bar, Ryan apologized.
“Catie’s kind of hard to say no to.”
Josh accepted the apology but admitted he was growing tired of hearing the same excuses. “I want to be able to trust who you’re hanging out with.”
He continued, “I don’t want to control you. I want you to live your life, but also I don’t want you to make stupid decisions.” Catie insisted Ryan was now “just chill friends.” Moments later, she joked, “Do you think I can make out with everyone I know?” Josh clearly wasn’t laughing.
90 Day Fiancé: Catie Tries to Kiss Multiple Friends
As the night wore on and Catie drank more, her behavior grew harder to watch. She first attempted to kiss Ryan, who repeatedly pushed her away.
“Catie, normal.”
Ryan added,
“You’re in crazy mode.” Despite his refusal, Catie continued leaning toward him before eventually telling him,”I want to kiss you.”
Ryan simply answered, “No.” The awkward moment didn’t end there. Catie then climbed into the laps of two other male friends and asked, “Can we kiss?” Both men immediately refused. One told her, “No, we’re not kissing, Catie.”

90 Day Fiancé: Mark Tells Josh to Stop Accepting the Behavior
Catie’s friend Mark privately pulled Josh aside. He admitted he couldn’t understand how Josh remained so calm. “I’d be furious.” Mark encouraged Josh to stop making excuses. “It’s OK to be mad.”
Josh admitted he still found it hard to tell if Catie’s obsessive-compulsive disorder affected her behavior or if she was just making poor choices. Mark believed Josh eventually needed to set firm boundaries.
90 Day Fiancé: The Situation Gets Even Worse
Back inside the bar, Catie became even more aggressive. She attempted to kiss Mark, forcing him to physically block her face with his hand. Laughing awkwardly, he told Josh,
“She’s tongueing my palm.”
Catie’s friends clearly wanted to stop her behavior. The awkward scene showed it. Ryan rejected her. Mark rejected her. The other men rejected her. Josh simply watched everything unfold.
90 Day Fiancé: Josh Walks Away
Eventually, Josh decided he had seen enough. He quietly grabbed his coat and walked out of the bar. He confessed that the night changed his view of their future together. “This is not the right start for any sort of a marriage that I want a part of.”
He added,
“I need to have a conversation with Catie and say I’m not going to get married if I don’t know that her head’s in the right space.”
It was one of the strongest warnings Josh has given all season.
90 Day Fiancé: Their Biggest Relationship Problem Isn’t Going Away
Catie has linked some of her impulsive actions while drinking to her OCD this season. Josh has tried to be patient and understanding.
His patience seems to be fading. He’s seen his fiancée chase other men right in front of him. Trust has become the foundation of every argument between them. Unless that changes quickly, their wedding may never happen.
