Janelle Brown has a new man in her life, and she is introducing him on camera. The Sister Wives star, 57, shared a first joint interview with her boyfriend, Peter, in a video on Instagram. The caption reads, “Meet the new man in Janelle’s life!”
The two went Instagram official in August. They live in different places, so the relationship is long-distance.
Sister Wives: A Blind Date in Vegas
A friend set them up. “We first met at a blind date that my friend Alice set up for me in Vegas,” Janelle said. She joked about how it went. “I don’t know it worked out, but I was super awkward.”
Peter says he said yes before he knew much. “Alice got in touch with me, wanting to go on a date. I said, ‘Is it Italian food?’ She said, ‘Yes.’ I said, ‘I’m in.’”
Janelle noticed something at dinner. “I caught his eye a couple of times during dinner, and I said, ‘Wait, what do I see here?’ There was something there.”
Sister Wives: First Impressions
Peter described his first impression of Janelle in a few words. “Very kind, honest, open. An amazing woman.”
After that first dinner, they kept in touch from a distance. “It was all talking and texting and it was really easy,” Janelle said.
Peter said the conversations “just flowed naturally.” For him, that was something new. Janelle agreed. This relationship, she said, is “different than anything I have ever had before. It was easy to kind of move forward.”

Janelle sounds relaxed about what comes next. “I’m excited for the future because I think it’s bright,” she said.
Peter added that they have a “great connection.” He described their daily habits. “We are both open and honest with each other and we say what’s on our mind. We smile at the end of the day and I look forward to seeing her in the morning.”
