Alison Victoria is opening the doors to Villa Victoria. This is her Mediterranean-Cabo dream home in Las Vegas. In a tour for HGTV, the Windy City Rehab star showed off a bold property. It’s set to shine in her new series, Sin City Rehab.
“This house is a true mix of two places that I love. The Mediterranean and Cabo,” Alison explained. The family room also serves as a dance floor. It features ultra-low furniture and antiques chosen from Paris.
But the designer couldn’t resist making a Chicago connection. “It wouldn’t be my house without a bar. This bar is from an old speakeasy in Chicago… it’s really the centerpiece,” she revealed, clearly proud of the nod to her roots.

Windy City Rehab: A Five-Star Feel
Viewers got a look at the bedroom Alison Victoria calls her favorite. “I wanted it to feel like a five-star resort in Cabo,” she said. The space features her self-proclaimed “greatest bathroom I’ve ever done.” It boasts Calcutta turquoise and a custom tub trimmed in gold and green.
Outside, the vibe continues with a fire pit, sectional, and full outdoor kitchen. “I feel like I’ve been known as kind of this kitchen queen,” Alison admitted. “I’ve designed over 200, but this one might be my favorite.” Her inspiration? Her grandmother’s plates.
