The divorce between Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley is becoming increasingly public.
Dorit is now sharing her side of the story after reports said PK accused her of spending over $1 million on luxury items.
Speaking to Us Weekly, the RHOBH star mentioned that many headlines don’t show the truth.
“I can tell you that what’s been put out there is not entirely accurate.”
Dorit said she initially hoped to keep financial discussions private. Instead, she feels forced to respond as more claims continue making headlines.
“Now it’s going to be more headlines, because I have to come back with what the reality is.”
RHOBH: Dorit Says She Earned The Money She Spent
Dorit didn’t share exact numbers, but she clearly disagrees with PK’s criticism of her spending.
“Whether it’s $50,000, $1 million, $25, it’s money that I’ve earned.”
She also pointed out that she continues supporting their children. According to Dorit, financial decisions during the marriage largely fell to PK.
“He was taking care of the finances and the bills. He was making decisions, and there was not a lot of transparency.”
She said she wanted them to sit down after separating. They should work through financial matters together. That conversation never happened.
RHOBH: Dorit Addresses The Foreclosure Reports
Another issue hanging over the divorce is the couple’s Encino home. Recent reports suggested the property was facing foreclosure. Dorit said she was initially unaware of the situation.
“I was not aware of it.”
She hopes both she and PK ultimately want the same outcome.
“The house should come out of foreclosure.”
Dorit noted that selling the home might be a good idea if they keep moving forward apart.
“If PK and I are not together, it makes sense for us to sell the home.”
For now, she seems focused on finding a practical solution. She wants to avoid escalating the conflict.
RHOBH: “False Narrative”
During the interview, Dorit kept saying the public story about their divorce isn’t true. Without naming specific examples, she accused PK of creating an unfair impression.
“I think if one person is looking to paint someone in a bad way, or create a false narrative, they’re going to do various things.”
She added that she hopes they can eventually move past the public back-and-forth.
“I really hope that we can eventually move away from that and into better times.”
PK’s representative declined to comment on the dispute.
RHOBH: Dorit Kemsley Finally Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors
Dorit also used her new memoir, Unburdened, to address years of speculation about her appearance, aside from the divorce. The reality star joked that she’s heard almost every rumor imaginable.
“Apparently, depending on the week, I’ve had everything from a nose job to cheek implants to a chin implant to a full facial reconstruction.”
She even referenced one of the more extreme claims.
“I’ve even heard ‘face transplant.'”
According to Dorit, most of those rumors are simply untrue.
“For the record: no nose job. No facelift. No chin implant. No cheek implants.”
She did acknowledge having cosmetic treatments.
“Have I had Botox? Of course. Filler? Yes. Veneers? Absolutely.”
Dorit shared that she once invited a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to an Instagram Live. This was to check her nose after rumors about rhinoplasty grew.
The surgeon reportedly found no signs of surgery.

Another chapter of Unburdened looks back at the scary 2021 home invasion. Dorit felt her life was in danger. The RHOBH star recalled intruders entering her home while her children slept nearby.
“A gun pressed against the side of my head.”
In the years that followed, Dorit noticed rumors about what really happened. Some people even suggested PK had somehow been involved. She strongly rejected those claims.
“Even now, the accusation feels surreal. He did not.”
Dorit described the experience as deeply painful. Not only because of the robbery itself, but because of the doubt that followed.
“There was security footage. There was a 911 call. There was an active investigation.”
For Dorit, those facts should have ended the speculation. Instead, the rumors continued.
