90 Day Fiancé: Who Got What in Patrick and Thais’ Divorce

90 Day Fiancé: Who Got What in Patrick and Thais’ Divorce

Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramone are officially divorced. A Nevada court filed their divorce decree on Tuesday, October 27, nearly five months after Patrick filed in May. The 90 Day Fiancé stars will share custody of their three-year-old daughter, Aleesi. That is a long way from May, when Patrick asked for sole custody.

90 Day Fiancé: Custody and Travel

Starcasm first obtained the decree. The exes will share joint legal and joint physical custody. Aleesi will follow a rotating two-week schedule. Thais generally has her from the weekend through Wednesday afternoon, and Patrick has her for the rest of the week.

Neither parent can take Aleesi outside the United States without the other’s written permission. The traveling parent must give an itinerary and emergency contact information first. The court also asked them to cooperate on her passport.

90 Day Fiancé: Money and Belongings

Neither parent will pay child support, and neither will receive alimony. Patrick agreed to cover all childcare costs, which exceed what he would otherwise owe. The decree reads: “Dad’s Child Support obligation is set at $0.00.”

Thais gets the 2022 Tesla Model Y. Patrick must sign the title over to her within 12 months. Patrick keeps a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. Each keeps their own bank accounts and retirement savings. Each is responsible for debts held in their own name. Patrick is also responsible for the couple’s IRS and joint tax liability, including the debt from their 2025 tax return. A financial disclosure Patrick filed in June said the couple owed more than $240,000 in unsecured debt. Neither of them has confirmed that figure.

90 Day Fiancé: How It Got Here

The divorce came after a rough year. The couple recommitted on 90 Day: The Last Resort after filming in April 2025. Patrick filed for divorce in May 2026. Thais was arrested after a domestic dispute, and prosecutors later dropped the domestic battery charge. Patrick said Thais slapped him. Thais said she acted in self-defense and accused him of controlling behavior.

In August, Patrick accused Thais in court documents of an affair and of threatening him with a knife while holding Aleesi. Thais disputed those claims. The knife claim was not in the original police report. Her attorney said it was included by mistake, and Patrick’s lawyers agreed to strike the motion. These were allegations, and no court made findings on them. The couple then moved to custody mediation. Neither has publicly commented on the final agreement.
